In this video I’m going to be covering how to host and make money from Airbnb experiences by monetizing your passion , your  hobby or the simple activity that you do daily.

I want to also give you tips on how to make it the best experience ever with 5 star review, so that your Airbnb experience would always be fully booked.

So if you’re a photographer an artist a chef, a yoga instructor or just a local who loves their city and you want to share your experience with tourists coming to your area and make money doing so. Then this video is for you!

I’m talking about potentially starting your own business with zero upfront cost doing something you absolutely love.

So I just booked my first Airbnb experience in Paris and I was blown away. So the experience was a combination of a private photo shoot and having your own touristic guide walk around the city with you. Our host was not only an amazing photographer; because I loved every single photo he took of us but he was very informative and took us to the hidden gems in Paris that only locals know about. 

So without further due let me share my screen and show you how to host your first experience on Airbnb.

So here you are going to find more about Airbnb experiences. So basically how you can share your passion with the world meeting interesting people and how you host on your own terms.

So basically you have your own calendar and this way you can open up certain days during the week. So let’s say you have a full-time job and want to do this as a side hustle, so what you are going to do is you’re going to just open up certain days on your calendar;whenever you’re available so that people can book with you the experience.

Over here they are talking about starting a business with no upfront cost. like I mentioned before this is amazing. Airbnb is doing all the marketing for you and all you have to do is put yourself out there, put your passion, put whatever you love out there to the world and share experiences with the world. Share experiences with other people, other tourist coming to your area so technically there’s no upfront cost that you need to pay.

Alright so lets move ahead so basically here you have so many different people sharing so many different passions. You can read more about them to get inspired or maybe to get an idea of what you can offer in your city, in your local area. The best thing about it as I mentioned is you are monetizing your passion. So whatever your love you’re making money from it. You can do it full-time if you wish but you can also do it as a side hustle.

So let’s get started so we’re gonna click on let’s go. Basically what you’re going to go ahead and do is you’re going to fill out the information about your Airbnb experience and it’s going to be reviewed by Airbnb. So once it’s approved you’re up it’s running and you can start getting bookings.

So you are going to click on next. So here you are going to learn the overall process and what is the expectations of Airbnb, how to create an amazing experience by adding wonderful photo’s, descriptions telling them all the details about your experience and what you have to offer. That’s gonna be reviewed by Airbnb and then you’re just simply going to submit it. Once it’s approved your going to have your Airbnb page ready up running and people can start booking the experience with you. 

I want to go now through couple of examples of what kind of experiences people are actually hosting all over the world. So that I can inspire you and get you thinking about what kind of experience you can host. So we’re going to start off with this must have LA picture in Los Angeles. It says here it’s a 3 1/2 hour total, transportation is included, it’s offered in English and more than 2350 people have booked it. As you see here more than 1000 people have left them almost a five star review which is amazing. So here you are going to be able to learn more about your host and what you’ll do during this experience. This is the place to put all the information about what you’re experience includes so there will be no surprises to anyone booking your experience 
Here you can list out what else you need to know about this experience, what you will be providing during this experience. So here they are including free transportation and here they are listing out what to bring during this experience.

Another thing that is super important is to include are beautiful images of your experience or a mini video if you can. This will give the people visiting your page an idea of how it feels to be on your experience, what to expect. So try to add images with people in action during your experience maybe for the first time you want to test it out with your friends and let them know that you’re gonna be taking photos so that you can add it on your Airbnb experience page.

This way again you have something concrete that you can work with, so it will be easier for you to convey people to go ahead and book your experience. Here you’re going to find all the guest reviews and what they have to say about this experience. So as you see here this is the upcoming availability, and if we do the simple math at $68 let’s assume that they were charging $68 from the beginning from when they first started and 2350 people have booked their experience we are talking that this experience have brought in more than $150,000 which makes it amazing. Now one thing to keep in mind that Airbnb does have a fee so that is 20% off whatever you are charging .So you want to keep that in mind when you are listing your price.

I suggest also at the beginning you put a low price so that you can get a couple of bookings and then you can increase your price as build more reviews. This way people would be more excited when they see a couple of reviews on your page and they will be more excited to book with you. That’s about it for this experience let’s move ahead.

Here’s another experience which I found very interesting. It’s a boat ride in Amsterdam so it’s a two hour total and more than 5450 people have booked it. Here’s another experience hosted in Florence and it’s all about organic wines. Here’s another one which is hosted in greater London and it is a jazz club, it’s basically an intimate concert.
Here’s another one which is a museum visit but this guy is a comedian and he made it a lot of fun to go and visit a museum in Paris. Here’s another experience that I found  super interesting, it is hosted in Tokyo which is a cooking class so it says here it’s from market to meal. So she actually takes you to the market and she shows you what kind of ingredients you need to buy in order to create that meal and then she takes you to the studio where she teaches you how to cook that meal.

So I hope I was able to inspire you to go ahead and host your first experience on Airbnb.

But remember to be successful on Airbnb experiences you need to focus on getting amazing reviews. So make sure you giving people booking with you an overall amazing experience.

I mentioned a couple of ways that you can actually do so previously but 1 more thing you can actually do is offer a surprise element to the experience itself, so maybe offer them a free Coffee on the way or something small that they didn’t expect and it wasn’t mentioned on your page. I’m sure many would appreciate it, which would give you a better chance getting a five star review.

And don’t forget to ask them for a review once your experience is over and 
If they didn’t do so in a week or so just make sure you follow up with them.

What is Airbnb?
Airbnb is a platform where people can host or rent a room, a house, or even a castle for their next trip all around the world. 

I have personally used Airbnb to book our own family vacations  all over Canada and the United states and I absolutely loved it.

There are couple of questions I want to address before we dive in and I actually share my screen and show you step by step how to make a reservation on Airbnb and I’ll also be giving you a link to a $45 credit toward your next reservation.

You might be asking yourself why book on Airbnb instead of renting a hotel room?
what’s nice about Airbnb is the locations and the types of housing that you can rent. You can literally book a castle or a treehouse on Airbnb which makes it interesting.

And usually when I travel with the whole family we are probably more than 6 people so we like to rent out a big beautiful place for all of us with an interesting location. Whether that would be right beside the lake or at the beach.
 The fact we each have our own private room but still have access to the living room so that we can have some quality time together makes Airbnb a plus. 

Is it safe to rent on Airbnb?
Airbnb takes a lot measures to make sure that both parties the person hosting and the guest renting out the place are safe thorough various verification checks. So each person that uses Airbnb  must provide their government ID whether their passport or driving license , email, phone number and their Social media handles.

And what you can also do which is a very important before you book a place is to check the reviews and see what other people have said about the property. Was the place clean? Was it safe? Was their communication with the host? Did they love it? What’s the rating they gave and what was their overall experience.

So without further due let me share my screen so that I can show you how to make a reservation on Airbnb. Also make sure to click the link under this video to get you first $45 credit towards your next best booking.

(So after you click on the link under the video it’s going to take you to the main Airbnb page. So the first thing you’re going to do is you’re going to login create an account using your email address and a password or you can log in via Facebook if you wish.

So after logging in and creating an account you’re going to go to the main Airbnb page so here you’re going to find all the homes listed on Airbnb, all the experiences and activities that you can do on your next trip or vacation and here you’re going to find all the restaurants that you can reserve through the Airbnb website.

So let’s get started so let’s assume we’re going to go to Miami Florida for our next trip so we’re gonna type in Miami Florida in the search bar and then we are going to click on homes and then we’re going to go ahead and choose the dates that we would like to make the reservation for.

So let’s assume in this example we are going to at the beginning of April and let’s say were going to go for a whole week so Monday to Sunday. So we’re going to go ahead and click apply and then we are going to add how many guests are going to be joining us on that trip. So let’s say two adults and then you are going to add any children down below.

Then we’re going to choose the home type. So if we want the entire place for ourselves we are going to click on entire place then apply. Ofcourse there’s other options you can check out as well.

So here your going to get all the listings for Miami Florida and you can check their location directly on the map. Ok so for example if you want something right by the beach like this one for example you can check out the pictures and look through them. What you’re gonna do right now is we’re going to go through the listings to see which one has reviews on it so these ones as you see they are new listings.

The first couple are new as well. let’s scroll down keep looking until you find a listing that has reviews on it so for example this one over here. It has 102 reviews, so basically more than 100 people actually stayed at this apartment and they loved it because it has a rating of 4.5 on five which is pretty good. So we’re going to go ahead and view the pictures to make sure we love them because technically this is what you’re getting. Now we are going to scroll down and check out the host of the place, read more about the listing keep.

Now here you’re going to find how many bedrooms are there in that apartment, how many beds are available and if you keep on scrolling down you’re going to find all the reviews that other people have said about this  apartment.

I think it’s super important for you to actually go ahead and take the time to read those reviews at least a couple of them to make sure what other people have said about the apartment, how was their experience with the host and did they love the place, was it clean so this will give you a good idea of what to expect if you decide to go ahead and book this place.

If you still have any questions or you need to clarify anything what you can do is contact the host most of the time they answer right away like within couple of hours. As you see the response time is within an hour and you’ll be able to get your answer back. But if you’re ready to go ahead and book this place click on book and it’s gonna take it to the review house rules and it will give you information on what time you have to check in and when you need to check out.

There’s like no parties or events in this Place no smoking so basically anything that you need to know about this place you need to be able to respect the house rules. So you have so go through this information 
But other than that if you’re good with the house rules you can go ahead and click on continue and once that’s done you’re going to receive a message from the host giving you directions to the place, the exact location and how to get there.

Instagram hacks 2018/انستقرام مميزات وخفايا

In this video I am going to show you 5 ways to make your Instagram stories more creatively. The most asked questions I get on Instagram is about Instagram stories. So I thought to make this video to show you 5 Instagram story hacks without using any outside application, we will only focus on the same Instagram application in this video.

Before we start this video make sure to hit the Subscribe button below and click on the “bell” icon to make sure you receive any future video I create.

So let’s get started with this video. So the first thing we are going to do it take a picture by clicking on the photo icon and snapping a picture. The first thing we are going to learn is how to make the whole screen one solid color.

We will be clicking on the pen icon the first one on the left and choosing the color we want and then we will press anywhere on the screen and hold it, until the whole screen becomes one color.

If you would still like to keep the photo you took showing in the background, let me know remove the solid background screen by clicking undo and then choosing the second option which is the highlighter and choosing the color we want , let me choose purple and then press anywhere on the screen and hold it until the whole screen becomes one color but the main photo we took will still show in the background.

Now I am going to show how we can use each of these icons. The first one we can use it to draw or write with and we can control if want the pen to be thick or thin, the second one is the highlighter, the third one is the neon which has the glow effect and the fourth option is the eraser which we can use to erase everything we drew on the screen.

Now I am going to show you how you can draw on the picture that we have. We are going to click on the letters icon and write the word we want. Now we can change the color of the letters as we wish by choosing from the colors available. If there is a color you like but is not available from the options you have , click on the dropper icon and then you will be able to choose any color from the picture you have itself so you have a nice color coordination within your picture.

We can also change the font of the words you write on Instagram stories by clicking on “classic” icon above to change it to the different font options available. There is also an option to highlight the word  by clicking on the “A” icon, but that option is not available for all fonts. Now another trick you can do is choose the letters you want by highlighting them and then changing their color.

Another Instagram trick I like to use in my Instagram stories is by writing the same word but in 2 different colors and then placing them above each other to create a shadow effect.

Now the third thing you can do with your Instagram stories is adding stickers to your stories. There are different kind of stickers you can add to your story and one of them is the Location where you are at. Now that usually changes depending on the place you are at at the time, we can also change the color of the sticker by clicking on it until we are satisfied with how it looks.

Another thing we can do with our instagram stories is mentioning someone in out story. For example here I am mentioning MiniMeCity so if someone was watching my story and clicks on it, it’s going to take them to that person or companies profile page on Instagram from our Instagram story.

The third sticker I like to use sometimes is the time sticker to show the current time. If I am in a certain place at a certain time I can show that in my story. You can also click on the time sticker to change the look of the clock you are adding. You can choose the one you like.

The fourth thing you can do with your Instagram story is add any sticker from the ones available here to your story. For example let me add a speech bubble sticker , if I click on it I can change the direction of the bubble and I can also change the size to smaller or larger. I can also add what Adelina is thinking about but adding an item in the bubble.

If there is something we wish to erase from our picture just press on the icon you wish to delete and just drag it all the way to the bottom middle of the screen. (As shown)

The fifth thing you can do with your Instagram stories is adding a picture within a picture. Let’s assume this is the main picture you want to work with, click on the sticker icon again and then click on the picture icon shown on the screen and then choose the picture you would like to add.

Let me add 3 pictures to my main picture from the same day. As shown previously let me make the whole screen one color. You can choose the color you want from the same picture and then click and hold any spot on the screen. I will then use the eraser option to show the part I want from my picture. This way I was able to merge 4 pictures in 1 picture to be added to my Instagram story.

My Lovely Baby Shower

I had my lovely baby shower at the end of September but didn’t get a chance to upload the pictures not until now!

So my baby shower was supposed to be a surprise but I ended up knowing about it and getting involved in the preparations.

It was amazing and I am blessed to have more than 40 of my friends and family attending.

The theme color of the baby shower was pink and gold! We did almost all the decorations ourselves.

Now before you move on to the other points on this blog post. I want you to make sure of the Facebook rules at the time you are reading this blog. You can click here and scroll down to the Promotions section on that Facebook terms page. Make sure to get familiar with them before you move on to the second step.





Now comes the creative and fun part. To help you plan a successful Facebook Giveaway I want you to ask yourself these questions:

  • What do you want as an end result after the giveaway is over? What is your big goal by running this Giveaway? Is it to generate more leads? Maybe you are launching a new product? Creating brand awareness?
  • What would one need to do in order to enter the giveaway? You can ask them to Like or comment on your post for example or maybe even add a picture as a form of entry on the post you created. This way they can get their friends and family to “Like” that picture on that Giveaway post.

Remember it’s best to make it easy for people to enter as the more complicated it is to enter the less people would participate. So keep it simple and sweet!

  • What would one get if they win? Maybe you are trying to promote a new product or service that you offer. It would be a good idea to have that as your Giveaway gift.
  • How will you be choosing the winner? Will you pick a random winner? I have been choosing a random winner for my Facebook giveaways.

Once the giveaway is over I would hop onto Rafflecopter random winner selector and use it to choose a random winner. All you have to do is enter your page ID # (You will find how to obtain that on the Rafflecopter page) and find your Giveaway post.

This way Rafflecopter would choose a random winner for you from the list of people who commented on and liked your Facebook giveaway post. TIME SAVER!

  • How long will you be running your contest for? A week? A Month? You can always experiment and see what works best for you. I find that shorter time frame giveaways tend to get people more excited and more eager to join.


Promote, promote, and promote the 3 words you need to remember. If your goal is for your giveaway to go viral and reach the maximum number of people, then you need to continuously promote your campaign. I think this is the main reason why some Giveaways are successful and why others don’t reach their goals.

Once your Facebook Giveaway is up and running, now is the time for you to start promoting your campaign.

I was writing down all the ways you can promote your Facebook Giveaway and I decided to make it as a new blog about it, as I wanted to go in depth over each point that you can apply to promote your Facebook Giveaway. (Make sure to check it out here, SUPER IMPORTANT!)


One of the most recent and amazing feature Facebook introduced is being able to message people who comment on your Facebook posts. It is an incredible way to start talking directly to your ideal customers.

I used this feature is to build my email list. We contacted commenters on that giveaway post and personally thanked them for participating in the giveaway. We also asked for their email addresses if they would like to be informed when we have special offers and promotions that are only available to subscribers. Once the giveaway ended we created a sales page (Using Leadpages) with an amazing special offer only available for 24 hours and to our giveaway participants.

Upon the members’ consent, we enlisted their emails to my subscribers’ list in order for them to receive future promotions and to keep up to date with my newsletter. That is a smart way for you to increase subscribers on your email list.

I am always excited to announce the winner! I created a giveaway page on my website with the names of all the winners from the contests that I ran. Now remember to feel free to twist and tweak until you get the results that you are happy with. There is no right or wrong answer as long as you are following the Facebook Rules.

How To Promote Your Facebook Giveaway The Right Way

Promote, promote, and promote are the 3 words you need to remember. If the goal of your giveaway is to go viral and reach the maximum number of people, then you need to continuously promote your campaign. I think that this is the main reason why some Giveaways are successful while others don’t reach their goals.

Once your Facebook Giveaway is up and running, now is the time for you to start promoting your campaign. (If you haven’t read the blog post on how to how I made $6,295 running a giveaway on my Facebook page then make sure to check it out here, as I go into details on how to run a successful giveaway on your Facebook Page).

Here are some essential ways for you to start promoting your Facebook Giveaway:


You must send an email to your subscribers letting them know of the Facebook Giveaway you are running. (Now if you haven’t started building your email list I suggest you check out this blog post I have written about the importance of building your email list).

You want to email your subscribers a couple of times throughout your campaign. I suggest you start with emailing them couple of days before the launch of your campaign to get them excited about your giveaway, then again on the same day you launch it and then couple of times through out the campaign period.

Now if you are running a longer campaign, lasting for about a month or more, then I suggest you email them at least once a week to remind them of it.




So once your Giveaway is up and running you want to start sharing it on all your other social media accounts. I suggest you do that at least once a day on each one of them and so that more people would enter and join your giveaway.


You can go ahead and write a blog post about it so that people who visit your blog would know about your campaign. You can include all the rules of how they can enter and link your Facebook giveaway post for them to join, directly through your blog.


Facebook Ads are an amazing way to promote not only your Facebook giveaway but also your products and services. I love Facebook ads and the reason why I do is that it allows you to create an advertisement for your giveaway that specifically targets your ideal customers by selecting their location, age, gender and last but not least marital status.

In the case of Mini Me City, the products offered were wedding cake toppers. The giveaway specifically targeted engaged couples that were expected to be married and thus, were most likely interested in the bride and groom cake toppers that the giveaway offered. When you target your ideal customer, they are more likely to engage in the giveaway you are offering.

There are a couple of things you can do to keep your Ad expenses low. From my personal experience, I suggest that you:

Once you start creating your Facebook Ads campaign select:

  • Auction under the buying type
  • And then choose Video Views as your campaign objective

Facebook gives you the option to either select an image or a video for your advertisement.

However, it would cost less to opt for a video instead of an image. The savings you get will add up with every click made when you choose a video ad for your Facebook giveaway, which is a smart thing to do!

In the case of Mini Me City, I chose a couple of pictures and inserted them in a slideshow video rather than choosing one picture to promote. So, don’t worry if you don’t have a video ready you can always create a mini video by choosing a couple of your best images while you are creating your Facebook Ads Campaign. The best part is that Facebook allows you to choose Music from their library to go along with the slideshow! (AMAZING!!! J)

By creating a video Ad for my Giveaway Campaign I was able to get views as low as 0.005 cents and I spent a total of $199.94 through out the whole campaign (19 Day Period).


When creating any artwork related to your business, you want to make sure you are sticking to your brand and overall theme. So make sure to add your logo and use your brand colors when creating your giveaway art. I love using PicMonkey and Canva to create my Facebook and Giveaway pictures to be used in my slideshow.


Facebook allows you to pin one of your Facebook posts to the top. This way it will stay at the top of your Facebook page.

I suggest keeping it pinned to the top until the end of your giveaway. This way your Facebook fans can see your Facebook Giveaway post as soon as they start scrolling through your Facebook page Newsfeed.


A great and a FREE way to promote your giveaway is sharing it with groups where your ideal customer is hanging out. In my case for Mini Me City, engaged couples were hanging out in wedding related groups. So, it was a great way for me to promote it there.

One thing you need to keep in mind when you are sharing your giveaway in Facebook Groups is to read the group rules. You will find that some groups would allow you to post and promote your giveaways and other groups won’t.

So, to be on the safe side make sure to read the Group RULES thoroughly before you go ahead and share your giveaway.


We tend to forget that not all our Fans see our posts. Therefore, by posting your giveaway and sharing it on your page daily, at different time zones, you will increase your Fans’ accessibility to the content you post.

If there is one advice I would give to anyone that owns a business or is thinking to start a business, I would say start building your email list.

This is a big mistake that I have done myself and I see many aspiring entrepreneur doing as well, is that they focus on building their social media presence and they don’t put much effort into building their email list.

So in this video I’m going to be sharing with you why it is important to start building your email list and how it is crucial for your business growth.


First Reason
So the first reason why you need to start building your email list is that you own your email list. So what I mean by that is that you don’t own or have any control over any social media platform.

So let me explain that let’s say Robert is an amazing chef! He focused his efforts on creating awesome videos with his delicious recipes. He built a Facebook fan page with over 100,000 loyal raving fans that just love the content he shares.

All of a sudden one day he logged into Facebook and discovered that Facebook removed his fan page for someone odd reason. If Facebook was the only way he was able to communicate with his followers then Robert has a big problem now.

Meanwhile if he built his business around his email list along with his Facebook page then he can still communicate and reach his fans.

So don’t get me wrong here social media is super important these days to build your business and your online presence, but you have no control over it! On the other hand you have full control over your email list.

The second reason is that your content can reach more people directly through your subscriber’s emails.

If you remember Facebook a while back changed their algorithms .I recall when I first started my business when I used to post something on my Facebook page it used to reach more of my fans and get a lot more engagement and then bit by bit it started reaching less and less of my followers and I had to pay in order for my fans to see my posts.

So all these social media platforms can change their algorithm anytime and your posts won’t reach all your followers. Meanwhile with email marketing you are directly reaching your subscribers with the piece of content that you’ve created.

Now the third reason why you need to start building your email list is that it’s personalized.
When somebody lands on your page and enters their email address that means that they are really interested in what you have to offer. They want to get to know you and learn more about your products and services.

Hello my name is Simar from and I love everything to do with Pinterest. I’ve been using Pinterest since 2013 the time when you had to apply to get an account.

Since then I’ve been able to drive tons of traffic to back to my website and gain more than 24,000 followers.
So in this video I am going to be sharing 5 tips to gain more followers on Pinterest.
So let’s get started

Tip #1
Use keywords that are related to your business and your niche under your pins and in the description box on your Pinterest profile.
This way when your ideal customer is looking for your product and service they will be able to find you.
You can use the Google Adword Keyword planner to get ideas on which keyword to use. Using those keywords will help optimize your Pinterest page so that it will appear in search engines.

Tip #2
Use the keywords that you found in tip #1 to name and create your boards. This way again your optimizing your Pinterest page so your ideal customer can actually find your products and services.

Tip #3
Create amazing original content. So what I mean with original content is content that gets tons or re-pins such as videos, how to’s, to do list, checklists and infographics. These are all extremely popular on Pinterest. By creating original content your boards are going to stand out as 20% of pins on Pinterest are original and 80% of them are re-pinned pins.



Add the Pinterest follow button and pin it button on your blog or website this way you’re making it easy to convert your visitors into Pinterest followers and your making it easy for people to share your content.

Tip #5
Pin consistently and make it part of your daily habit. You want to be in your follower’s news feed. By being consistent people will remember you, your business and your brand.
